Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OVV-01 is an oncolytic virus injection that selectively replicates in tumor cells. It has been investigated as both a monotherapy and in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors (pembrolizumab or atezolizumab) or trained immunity NK (tiNK) cell injection (IBR900) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Early phase studies have shown objective response rates ranging from 13.0% to 27.3%, with the treatment being generally well-tolerated.
