Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OWL-1410-AI is a discovery-stage, generative AI-engineered small molecule variant being developed by Owl Therapeutics for the treatment of traumatic brain injury (TBI). Part of a platform focused on 'supercharged microglial' therapeutics, the compound is designed to enhance and protect microglia—the brain's resident immune cells—to address the neuroinflammatory response associated with TBI. It is a variant of the company's lead clinical asset, OWL-1410 (NeuroSTAT®), which was licensed from Abliva AB. OWL-1410-AI is currently in the discovery phase of development and utilizes generative AI and machine learning technologies to optimize its neurotherapeutic properties.
