This combination brings together cytotoxic chemotherapy (oxaliplatin and 5-FU), antiangiogenic therapy (bevacizumab), and immunotherapy (toripalimab). It has been studied in various combinations for advanced solid tumors such as hepatocellular carcinoma and cervical cancer[1][3][4]. The addition of toripalimab aims to further stimulate the immune system’s ability to recognize and destroy cancer cells.
