This is a combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of oxaliplatin (a platinum compound), irinotecan (a topoisomerase I inhibitor), capecitabine (an oral fluoropyrimidine), fluorouracil (5-FU, a fluoropyrimidine), and bevacizumab (a VEGF inhibitor).
