Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Oxandrolone + testosterone enanthate is a combination of two anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS): oxandrolone, a synthetic derivative of testosterone with strong anabolic and relatively mild androgenic effects, and testosterone enanthate, an esterified form of the primary male sex hormone used for its potent androgenic and anabolic properties. This combination is primarily used in non-medical settings (such as bodybuilding) to synergistically enhance muscle growth, strength, recovery, and body composition. Oxandrolone acts as an agonist at the androgen receptor with high anabolic potency but reduced virilizing side effects compared to other AAS. Testosterone enanthate serves as a long-acting depot form of testosterone that increases circulating levels of the hormone, supporting protein synthesis and muscle mass accrual. Medically, each component has been indicated for conditions involving severe weight loss or catabolic states; however, their combined use is not approved by regulatory agencies for any specific indication.
