OXILVER is a line of over-the-counter topical cosmetic and therapeutic products developed by Enikam for skin and nail care. The product line includes sprays and gels formulated with active oxygen compounds derived from medical-grade hydrogen peroxide, ionized (colloidal) silver, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, and aloe vera. Its mechanism of action relies on the release of active oxygen to provide antiseptic and oxidative effects, which help oxygenate and regenerate skin and nail cells. The ionized silver works synergistically with the active oxygen to enhance its efficacy.
