Overview

OXIRI is a chemotherapy regimen comprising oxaliplatin, capecitabine (Xeloda), and irinotecan. It is being investigated for the treatment of advanced and/or metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma and metastatic pancreatic cancer. The regimen is designed to be more tolerable than FOLFIRINOX, with chronomodulated capecitabine administration and UGT1A1 genotype-guided dosing of irinotecan. It has shown preliminary evidence of efficacy and immunomodulatory effects.
