OXS007464 is a potent small molecule developed as a **tubulin binding agent** that drives the differentiation of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines. It has demonstrated improved potency and ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) properties compared to earlier leads.
