Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Oxyjun (E-OJ-01) is a proprietary, standardized aqueous botanical extract derived from the bark of the *Terminalia arjuna* (Arjuna) tree, developed by ENovate Biolife and distributed by Innophos. As a nutraceutical ingredient, it is characterized by a specific matrix of bioactives, including arjunophenols and glycosides, while being notably arjunolic acid-free and DNA-authenticated. Oxyjun is primarily indicated for supporting cardiovascular health, enhancing cardiac endurance, and improving sports performance in healthy active adults. Its biological activities include increasing myocardial pumping capacity (left ventricular ejection fraction), reducing myocardial oxygen consumption, and exhibiting anti-ischemic, antioxidant, and hypolipidemic properties. Clinical research has demonstrated its efficacy at a daily dose of 400 mg over an 8-week period.
