Overview

**Ozureprubart** is a half-life extended monoclonal antibody designed to bind free human immunoglobulin E (IgE), inhibiting its interaction with receptors to suppress allergic responses in IgE-driven diseases. Developed by RAPT Therapeutics in collaboration with partners like Shanghai Jeyou Pharmaceutical and initially originated by Jemincare/Jiangsu Jiye Biopharmaceutical, it targets indications such as food allergy and chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), with potential expansion to asthma and other allergic conditions. It offers improved pharmacokinetics over omalizumab, enabling subcutaneous dosing every 8-12 weeks, and has shown comparable efficacy and safety in Phase 2 trials for CSU while advancing in Phase 2b for food allergies.[1][2][5][7]
