Drug intelligence / Profile preview
P-CD70-ALLO1 is an allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy candidate developed by Poseida Therapeutics. It is designed to target CD70, a member of the TNF ligand superfamily that is frequently overexpressed in certain cancers, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The therapy uses healthy donor T cells genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific for CD70. Preclinical data demonstrate robust anti-leukemic activity with no toxicity to hematopoietic stem cells. The product leverages Poseida’s proprietary technology platform and aims to provide an off-the-shelf cell therapy option for AML and potentially other malignancies expressing CD70[1][2][6].
