P-CD70-ALLO1 is an allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy candidate developed by Poseida Therapeutics. It is designed to target CD70, a member of the TNF ligand superfamily that is frequently overexpressed in certain cancers, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The therapy uses healthy donor T cells genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific for CD70.
