p-Tvax is a novel multi-antigen peptide-based vaccine developed for the immunotherapeutic treatment of Malignant Mesothelioma (MM). It consists of a series of immunogenic peptides derived from seven specific antigens (KIF20A, KIF2C, MMP9, MNDA, OLFML2B, TROAP, and ULBP1) that are highly expressed in MM tumors but minimally present in normal tissues. The peptides are designed using in silico algorithms, including EpiMatrix and JanusMatrix, to present both MHC-I and MHC-II restricted T cell epitopes, aiming to elicit robust CD8+ and CD4+ T cell immune responses while avoiding suppressive regulatory T cell epitopes and autoimmune epitopes. This vaccine is intended as an "off-the-shelf" immunotherapy.
