P1-MSCs

P1-MSCs (also known as Golden Cells) is an early-passage mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy developed by RegenMed Asia. Unlike traditional MSC therapies that may use cells from later passages, P1-MSCs utilize Passage 1 cells to maximize the potency of their secretome and exosome profile. These cells are characterized by high levels of therapeutic secretions, including RNA, growth factors, and anti-inflammatory cytokines, which are intended to promote tissue repair and immune modulation. The therapy is being investigated for a wide range of applications, including orthopedic repair (knees, hips, and shoulders), neurological regeneration, liver and gastrointestinal conditions, autoimmune dysfunction, and skin rejuvenation. The mechanism of action relies on paracrine signaling rather than direct cell differentiation, leveraging the cells' ability to release extracellular vesicles and bioactive molecules into the microenvironment to stimulate endogenous healing processes.
