P10s-PADRE is an investigational peptide mimotope-based cancer vaccine designed to stimulate anti-tumor immune responses. It is administered in combination with standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy, primarily targeting breast cancer, including estrogen receptor (ER)-positive/HER2-negative and triple-negative subtypes. The vaccine aims to induce both humoral and cellular immune responses by enhancing antibody production and activating natural killer (NK) cells, as evidenced by increased expression of activation markers (CD16, NKp46, CD94) and elevated serum IFN-γ levels following treatment. Clinical studies have demonstrated that the addition of P10s-PADRE to chemotherapy is safe and immunogenic, with certain dosing schedules showing promising increases in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. The vaccine formulation often includes MONTANIDE ISA 51 VG as an adjuvant[2][5][6][9].
