Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**P360** is an oral fixed-dose analgesic combination developed by Dr. Pfleger containing acetylsalicylic acid 250 mg, paracetamol 250 mg, and caffeine 65 mg per tablet. Acetylsalicylic acid irreversibly inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes to reduce prostaglandin-mediated pain signaling; paracetamol provides primarily central analgesic and antipyretic activity; and caffeine antagonizes adenosine receptors and potentiates analgesic efficacy. P360 was evaluated in a completed Phase I fasting bioequivalence study in healthy volunteers against Excedrin film-coated tablets containing the same three active ingredients and doses, for intended use in pain and migraine.
