Overview

PA83-FhCMB is a plant-derived recombinant protective antigen anthrax vaccine designed to protect against anthrax by inducing an immune response. It is formulated with Alhydrogel adjuvant and targets the protective antigen (PA) of Bacillus anthracis, a key component of the lethal and edema toxins. The vaccine has shown safety and immunogenicity in Phase 1 clinical trials.
