Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**PAA-ACP@AuMC** is an investigational enamel-remineralization material comprising polyacrylic acid-stabilized amorphous calcium phosphate in a pillararene-functionally modified carrier system. It is being evaluated as a local mineralization treatment intended to promote calcium-phosphate deposition and repair demineralized dental enamel. A prospective randomized parallel-control study sponsored by Jilin University Stomatological Hospital registered the material for enamel demineralization; the trial was designed to characterize the carrier system and assess its ability to remineralize demineralized enamel.
