Overview
The combination of **paclitaxel**, **carboplatin**, and **vorinostat** is an investigational chemotherapeutic regimen used in clinical trials for cancer. Paclitaxel is a microtubule-stabilizing agent (taxane class), carboplatin is a DNA-damaging platinum agent, and vorinostat is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor.
