PalinGen

PalinGen is a chorion-free human amniotic membrane allograft developed by Amnio Technology. It is processed from healthy amniotic tissue using the proprietary Advantek process, which excludes the chorion layer to minimize the potential for graft-versus-host autoimmune responses. PalinGen functions as a biological wound covering and physical barrier that provides structural support for native tissues, mimicking the protective role of the amniotic membrane during pregnancy. The allograft contains naturally occurring collagen substrates, growth factors, extracellular matrix proteins, cytokines, and regulatory proteins that facilitate the complex biological processes involved in wound healing. It is indicated for the treatment of full and partial-thickness, acute, and chronic wounds, as well as complex surgical wounds and burns.
