Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PalloV-CC is a particle-delivered, allogeneic tumor cell lysate vaccine designed for the neoadjuvant treatment of colon cancer. It consists of allogeneic tumor cell lysates delivered via a particle-based platform to stimulate an immune response against the tumor microenvironment. The vaccine is administered weekly via intradermal injection. It is being evaluated in Phase Ib clinical trials to assess safety, toxicity, and its impact on the tumor immune microenvironment in patients with endoscopic biopsy-proven colon cancer prior to surgical resection.
