Pamiparib + tislelizumab is a combination therapy consisting of pamiparib, an oral poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) 1/2 inhibitor, and tislelizumab, a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. This combination has been studied in patients with advanced solid tumors and has shown antitumor responses and clinical benefit. The recommended phase 2 dose is tislelizumab 200 mg intravenously every 3 weeks plus pamiparib 40 mg orally twice daily.
