Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PAN-NeoVax is an artificial intelligence (AI)-designed, pan-cancer neoantigen mRNA vaccine delivered via lipid nanoparticles (LNP). Developed by West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the vaccine is engineered to stimulate the immune system to recognize and attack tumor cells by presenting specific neoantigens identified through AI-driven genomic analysis. It is currently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors, specifically in patients who have progressed after second-line therapy. The vaccine is administered via intratumoral injection to enhance local and systemic anti-tumor immunity by inducing a targeted T-cell response against tumor-specific neoantigens.
