Overview

Panagen is a placental-derived fragmented double-stranded human DNA therapy developed for the treatment of breast cancer. The drug acts as an immunostimulant by activating dendritic cells and inducing the development of an adaptive anticancer immune response. In clinical studies, Panagen demonstrated leukostimulatory and leukoprotective effects when combined with chemotherapy, helping to maintain innate antitumor immunity and increase cytotoxic CD8+ T-cell formation. It is administered orally in tablet form during chemotherapy regimens[1][3][4].
