Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Panblok H7 is a recombinant hemagglutinin (rHA) influenza vaccine developed for protection against H7N9 influenza virus. The vaccine contains recombinant H7 hemagglutinin derived from A/Guangdong/17SF003/2016 (H7N9) influenza virus strain. Clinical trials have tested the vaccine both with and without adjuvants (AS03 or MF59), as H7 hemagglutinin is known to be poorly immunogenic. When adjuvanted, the vaccine has shown improved immunogenicity and safety profiles.
