Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Papillex is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement designed to support the immune system in clearing the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and promoting the regression of abnormal cervical cells, such as Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN). The formulation typically includes a blend of vitamins, minerals, and botanical extracts, including green tea extract (EGCG), broccoli sprout extract (sulforaphane), folate, reishi mushroom, and astragalus. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials (e.g., NCT06979180) to determine its efficacy in women with CIN 1 or CIN 2 diagnoses by investigating the regression of abnormal cervical cells compared to placebo.
