**Papilovax** is a marketed bivalent prophylactic human papillomavirus vaccine from Incepta Vaccine for prevention of HPV-16- and HPV-18-associated cervical disease in females aged 9–45 years. Each 0.5 mL dose contains recombinant HPV type 16 L1 protein and HPV type 18 L1 protein, produced in *Escherichia coli*, self-assembled into virus-like particles and adsorbed to aluminum hydroxide. It is supplied as a prefilled-syringe suspension for intramuscular administration and is indicated to prevent cervical cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, adenocarcinoma in situ, and persistent HPV-16/18 infection.
