**Parcel** is an oral fixed-dose analgesic and antimigraine product containing dihydroergotamine mesylate, paracetamol, and caffeine. Dihydroergotamine is an ergot-derived serotonergic agonist that promotes cranial vasoconstrictive antimigraine activity; paracetamol provides analgesia; and caffeine acts as an analgesic adjuvant. Each coated tablet contains dihydroergotamine mesylate 1 mg, paracetamol 450 mg, and caffeine 40 mg. It has been used for symptomatic treatment of headache and migraine and was evaluated in a Phase 3 non-inferiority study in tension-type headache.
