**parsaclisib + bendamustine + obinutuzumab** is an experimental three-drug combination regimen for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. Parsaclisib is a selective phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ) inhibitor (a small molecule), bendamustine is an alkylating agent (a small molecule chemotherapeutic), and obinutuzumab is a humanized anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody.
