Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PAS-002 is a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by Porton Advanced for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically pancreatic and gastric cancers. The therapy is engineered to simultaneously target two tumor-associated antigens: Natural Killer Group 2 Member D Ligands (NKG2DL) and Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2). By recognizing these targets on the surface of tumor cells, the CAR-T cells mediate direct T-cell cytotoxicity. PAS-002 is currently in Phase 1 development, involving investigator-initiated clinical trials and pre-IND stages in China.
