Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PAS-011 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Porton Advanced. It is engineered to express a CAR that specifically recognizes the CD19 antigen, a protein found on the surface of most B-cell lineage cells. When these engineered T cells encounter CD19-positive cells, they undergo activation and expansion, leading to the direct lysis of the target B cells. PAS-011 is primarily indicated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (R/R B-ALL) and has received New Drug Application (NDA) approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in China.
