Overview

Pasritamig is a first-in-class, humanized IgG1 bispecific T-cell engager antibody designed to bind both CD3 on T-cells and kallikrein-related peptidase 2 (KLK2), a prostate-specific antigen with minimal expression outside the prostate. By simultaneously binding CD3 and KLK2, pasritamig redirects and activates T-cells to target and kill KLK2-expressing tumor cells in prostate cancer. This targeted immunotherapy approach aims to deliver effective treatment for advanced or metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) while minimizing off-tumor toxicity. Pasritamig has demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity, favorable safety profile with low rates of cytokine release syndrome (CRS), no immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS), and convenient outpatient dosing every six weeks in early clinical trials[1][2][5][6].
