Passiflora composé

Passiflora composé is a multi-strain homeopathic medicine developed by the French laboratory Boiron. It is a composite remedy consisting of eight homeopathic strains: Passiflora incarnata 6DH, Coffea cruda 5CH, Ignatia amara 4CH, Nycterinia capensis 4CH, Tellurium metallicum 5CH, Phosphoricum acidum 7CH, Palladium metallicum 5CH, and Magnesium metallicum 5CH. The product is traditionally indicated for the treatment of stress, nervousness, anxiety, restlessness, and sleep disorders such as insomnia. It has been studied in a Phase 4 randomized clinical trial (the PASSIDOR study) to evaluate its non-inferiority compared to the benzodiazepine alprazolam for the first-line treatment of adjustment disorder with anxiety. As a homeopathic preparation, it is considered non-habit forming and is available in various forms including sublingual granules, oral drops, and tablets.
