Patacure-KT

Patacure-KT is a fixed-dose combination ophthalmic solution marketed by Martia Laboratories for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. It contains two active pharmaceutical ingredients: olopatadine hydrochloride and ketorolac tromethamine. Olopatadine is a dual-action agent that functions as a selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist and a mast cell stabilizer, providing rapid relief from ocular itching and preventing the release of inflammatory mediators. Ketorolac tromethamine is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis and alleviating ocular pain and inflammation.
