Patritumab deruxtecan + pembrolizumab is an experimental combination therapy comprising **patritumab deruxtecan**, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3), and **pembrolizumab**, a programmed death-1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor. The combination is under evaluation in clinical trials for high-risk early-stage triple-negative or hormone receptor-low positive/HER2-negative breast cancer, aiming to improve pathological complete response rates and long-term outcomes[2][3].
