**Paxerol** is an investigational fixed-dose oral combination of acetaminophen and ibuprofen developed for nocturia, including severe nocturia associated with overactive bladder. Each tablet contains acetaminophen 325 mg and ibuprofen 150 mg in a 50:50 immediate/sustained-release formulation intended for bedtime administration and prolonged overnight suppression of prostaglandin production. In a completed randomized Phase II trial, Paxerol was evaluated over 14 days at one, two, or three tablets nightly.
