Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PB 103 is a recombinant protein therapeutic candidate developed by PB Immune Therapeutics for the treatment and prevention of anti-drug antibodies (ADA). ADA formation is a significant clinical challenge where the patient's immune system recognizes a biologic drug as foreign, potentially neutralizing its therapeutic effect or causing adverse reactions. PB 103 is designed to induce antigen-specific immune tolerance, thereby suppressing the immune response against therapeutic proteins. The program is currently in Phase 1 clinical development, with a projected development timeline extending through 2027.
