Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PB307 is an immuno-oncology biologic developed by PEG Biosciences designed to harness the body's immune system to combat various malignancies. The agent works by modulating the tumor microenvironment, specifically by increasing the density of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) and reducing immunosuppressive components that typically shield tumors from immune detection. Preclinical studies in animal models have demonstrated that PB307 can inhibit cancer cell growth and promote a sustained, enhanced immune response. It is currently being investigated for a broad range of indications, including pancreatic, breast, colorectal, gastric, brain, liver, ovarian, and lung cancers.
