Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PBC103 is an investigational bispecific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy that simultaneously targets B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD70. Developed by Chongqing Precision Biotech, this cell therapy is designed to address refractory autoimmune conditions, specifically focusing on pediatric rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus. By targeting BCMA, the therapy aims to deplete pathogenic plasma cells and mature B cells, while the anti-CD70 component targets activated T and B cells involved in the inflammatory cascade. This dual-targeting approach is intended to provide a more robust and durable immune reset compared to monotherapy CAR-T constructs.
