This combination consists of **PBI-0451** (also known as pomotrelvir), an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 3CL protease (main protease, Mpro), and **midazolam**, a short-acting benzodiazepine commonly used for sedation or as a probe substrate in drug-drug interaction studies.
