**PBM2M3** is an oral, minocycline-containing bismuth quadruple rescue regimen evaluated for *Helicobacter pylori* infection. It comprises a proton-pump inhibitor component that may be **esomeprazole or vonoprazan**, bismuth potassium citrate 600 mg twice daily, minocycline 50 mg twice daily, and metronidazole 400 mg three times daily. Acid suppression increases intragastric pH and supports antibiotic activity, while bismuth, minocycline, and metronidazole provide complementary anti-*H. pylori* activity. The regimen was studied by Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in a real-world rescue-treatment study.
