**PBM2M4** is an oral, minocycline-containing bismuth quadruple rescue regimen evaluated for *Helicobacter pylori* infection. It consists of a proton-pump inhibitor or vonoprazan, bismuth potassium citrate, minocycline 50 mg twice daily, and metronidazole 400 mg four times daily. The regimen is intended to suppress gastric acid, provide bismuth-mediated anti-*H. pylori* activity, and combine minocycline inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis with metronidazole-mediated bacterial DNA damage. It is a clinical-study regimen rather than a marketed fixed-dose product; the acid-suppressive component may be esomeprazole or vonoprazan.
