**PBM3M3** is an oral bismuth-containing quadruple rescue regimen for *Helicobacter pylori* infection. It comprises a proton-pump inhibitor, either esomeprazole or vonoprazan, at 20 mg twice daily; bismuth potassium citrate 600 mg twice daily; minocycline 50 mg three times daily; and metronidazole 400 mg three times daily. The regimen was evaluated by Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as a lower-frequency minocycline-metronidazole alternative to conventional tetracycline-based bismuth quadruple therapy after prior *H. pylori* treatment failure.
