**PBP1710** is a first-in-class human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that specifically targets and neutralizes collagen triple helix repeat containing 1 (CTHRC1), a protein overexpressed in many solid tumors including pancreatic cancer and non-small cell lung cancer[1][3][10][13]. CTHRC1 drives tumor growth, metastasis, and angiogenesis by promoting cancer cell migration through activation of the Wnt5 signaling pathway and upregulating Ang-2 secretion in endothelial cells, which subsequently activates the Ang-2/Tie2 axis in monocytes, facilitating tumor angiogenesis[1][3].
