Overview
PBSC-DC is a cell therapy technology platform developed by Libobio (Lihpao Life Science) that involves the induction, proliferation, and differentiation of peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) into dendritic cells (DC). Dendritic cells are professional antigen-presenting cells that play a critical role in the immune system by capturing, processing, and presenting antigens to T cells, thereby initiating an adaptive immune response. This platform is designed for a broad range of clinical applications, including the treatment of malignant tumors, genetic and non-genetic diseases, and support for organ transplantation and tissue culture. The technology serves as the foundation for the company's specialized immune cell therapy lines, such as the LiDCR and LmDCV series, which target hematological malignancies and radiation-induced conditions.
