Drug intelligence / Profile preview
pbserum HA 2.0 is an injectable bioremodeling treatment developed by Proteos Biotech. It is a combination therapy consisting of high-molecular-weight, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and a recombinant enzymatic system containing collagenase (Col G/H PB220), lipase (PB500), and lyase (PB72K). The product is designed to treat dermatological conditions associated with fibrotic processes, such as pathological scars (hypertrophic and keloid), post-surgical or post-procedural fibrosis, cellulite, and localized adiposity. Hyaluronic acid provides hydration, anti-inflammatory effects, and a physical barrier to prevent fibrotic adhesions, while the recombinant enzymes synergistically degrade excess collagen, metabolize localized fat deposits, and break down proteoglycans to remodel fibrotic tissue and improve skin elasticity.
