Overview

PBSerum Plus is a professional cosmeceutical and aesthetic line developed by Proteos Biotech, consisting of recombinant enzymes of bacterial origin. The line includes specific formulations such as Slim+ (containing Lipase PB500), Smooth+ (containing Collagenase GH PB220), and Drain+ (containing Hyaluronidase PB3000). These enzymes are produced using recombinant DNA technology in bacterial systems (such as *Thermus thermophilus*, *Clostridium histolyticum*, and *Streptococcus pyogenes*) to ensure high purity and substrate specificity. In clinical practice, these lyophilized enzymes are reconstituted and mixed in customized ratios to form a synergistic cocktail (often referred to as the PBSerum Triad) that targets the extracellular matrix. PBSerum Plus is used for tissue bioremodeling, addressing aesthetic and regenerative indications such as localized adiposity, cellulite, tissue fibrosis, skin laxity, subcutaneous nodules, and pathological scars.
