PCANT-01

PCANT-01 is an individualized neoantigen-based tumor vaccine developed by Anda Biopharmaceutical Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. It is designed for the adjuvant treatment of patients with resected pancreatic cancer who have completed standard adjuvant chemotherapy. The vaccine is tailored to each patient by identifying unique tumor neoantigens through genomic sequencing and bioinformatic analysis of the patient's own tumor tissue. By presenting these specific antigens to the immune system, PCANT-01 aims to activate a targeted T-cell response to eradicate minimal residual disease and prevent cancer recurrence. It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in China to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy.
