Overview

PCAR-119 is an allogeneic Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) NK cell therapy developed by PersonGen BioTherapeutics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. It is designed to treat CD19 positive relapsed or refractory leukemia and lymphoma by acting as a bridge immunotherapy prior to stem cell transplantation. The therapy utilizes NK cells from the NK-92 cell line, engineered to express an anti-CD19 CAR that includes TCRzeta, CD28, and 4-1BB signaling domains, enabling specific targeting and elimination of CD19-expressing cancer cells.
