Overview

PCNAT-01 is a personalized neoantigen peptide-based cancer vaccine developed by Anda Biopharmaceutical Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. It is designed as an immunotherapy for pancreatic cancer, specifically targeting pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The vaccine leverages next-generation sequencing and major histocompatibility complex affinity prediction algorithms to identify patient-specific tumor neoantigens, which are then formulated into individualized peptide vaccines. Its mechanism of action involves stimulating the immune system—particularly cytotoxic CD4 and CD8 T cells—to recognize and attack tumor cells expressing these unique neoantigens. Early-phase clinical trials have demonstrated favorable safety profiles and promising recurrence-free and overall survival rates in patients following surgical resection and adjuvant chemotherapy[1][2][4][5].
