Overview

PCV001 is a cancer vaccine being developed by Celleron Therapeutics (now IngenOx Therapeutics) for the treatment of colorectal cancer. The vaccine is designed to target specific cancer-associated antigens to stimulate a host immune response against tumor cells. By presenting these antigens to the immune system, PCV001 aims to induce a targeted T-cell response to recognize and eliminate colorectal cancer cells. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development as part of the company's oncology pipeline.
